Amish Acres Wedding | Laura & Sam

Jennifer Van Elk

Laura and Sam had a beautiful wedding at the Culver Academy's Chapel. They decided to wait to see each other until their ceremony but were able to pray together behind the gorgeous chapel doors.

The ceremony was gorgeous. Sam's eyes widened and a smile grew on his face as Laura approached the alter. They shared vows, exchanged rings, and walked down the aisle hand and hand as Mr. & Mrs.

The reception tables were full but not for long. The Endless Summer Band really knew how to get people on the dance floor. Their reception was filled with colorful chairs and decor. By the end of the night it was hard not to join in while the music continued. No one could deny that it was a fabulous night.

My opinion is that pictures are always better with music. Start the slideshow. If you want to go at your own pace, just scroll through the images below. The blog has more images and details. The slideshow highlights the story.

Indianapolis Wedding Photography | Farm Engagement | Brittany & Jeremy

Jennifer Van Elk

I met Brittany a few years ago. We bonded over our love for photography. When she asked Steve and I to be her wedding photographers, I was beyond ecstatic. Brittany is not only gorgeous, but she is also a very talented photographer. It's such a great compliment when one of my peers loves my work and wants me to capture their wedding day.

Brittany and Jeremy are a wonderful match. Jeremy is mellow, and Brittany is bubbly. I really think they bring out the best in each other.

It was a privilege to capture this beautiful couple on Jeremy's parents' gorgeous farm. Not only was the property perfect, but the light couldn't have been any better for this day.

Bloomington Wedding | Bloomington Convention Center | Rebecca & Jon

Jennifer Van Elk

Rebecca and Jon both have wonderful hearts. It was very obvious through the entire day, they were absolutely perfect for one another. When I see two people completely in love like Rebecca and Jon, I cannot wait to see the things they accomplish together.

Their ceremony was held at Rebecca's home church. As she walked down the aisle, Jon's face lit up. They said their "I do's", and it was off to their wonderful celebration.

Their reception was full of great food and people (especially on the dance floor). The biggest concern of a lot of my clients is whether their guests will utilize the dance floor. These guests utilized right up to the very end. The guests were also able to enjoy a wonderful candy bar and delicious cupcakes when they weren't on the floor (to give them that sugar rush they needed to get back out there).

Rebecca & Jon extended their time with their guests by adding a few more songs to the schedule at the end of the night. It's hard to shut down a killer party, even when you have a terrific send off planned. After the last dance though, the guests sent them off with a beautiful sparkler tunnel.

It was so wonderful to witness such a beautiful day in their lives.
